2. Using the App

Flamyay is a meal-planning app designed to help families discover and organise recipes.

• You must create an account to use the app. You can sign up with email, Google, or Apple.
• Flamyay is intended for users aged 13 and over. Parents should supervise younger children if they use the app.
• We may change, suspend, or stop parts of the app at any time.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason.
• You can delete your account at any time within the app.

4. User Content

You may submit reviews or other content in the app. By doing so, you grant Flamyay the right to use, display, and share that content.

All intellectual property in the app (including recipes, data, and designs) belongs to Flamyay Ltd. You are given a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for non-commercial purposes only.

5. Fees & Payments

• Flamyay is currently free to use.
• We may introduce paid features in the future, and will update these Terms if we do.

6. Third-Party Services

Flamyay uses standard third-party services (e.g., analytics, hosting, integrations). We are not responsible for errors, downtime, or issues caused by these third parties.

7. Health, Food Safety & Allergens

Flamyay provides meal-planning suggestions and recipes for informational purposes only.

• We do not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for specific health concerns.
• Flamyay does not guarantee that recipes, ingredient lists, or nutritional information are accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

• Flamyay does not guarantee the accuracy of recipe information, ingredients, or nutritional data.
• We are not responsible for any health, dietary, or other issues that may arise from using the app.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Flamyay Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us (currently £0).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know via the app or email. By continuing to use Flamyay after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England & Wales.
