
Berry Baked Oat Bars
Whip up these irresistible berry baked oat bars, packed with the natural sweetness of banana and the goodness of oats. A perfect healthy treat for any time of day!

Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan/Gas Mark 4). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In the prepared baking dish, mash the ripe banana thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
Add the porridge oat, smooth peanut butter, chopped strawberry, and blueberry to the mashed banana in the dish. Mix all the ingredients well until fully combined.
Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the oats are cooked through.
Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool completely before slicing the baked oat mixture into individual bars.
For an extra flavour boost, add a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of vanilla extract to the mixture before baking.
These bars are perfect for meal prepping! Once cooled, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the fridge for up to a week.
