Prepare the Vegetables
Dice the tomato into small pieces and dice the avocado into small pieces.
Toast the Sourdough
Toast the slices of sourdough bread until nicely golden brown.
Apply the Burrata Cheese Base
Spread the burrata evenly over the surface of the toasted sourdough slices.
Layer the Produce
Arrange the prepared diced avocado and diced tomato over the burrata cheese layer.
Add the Peanut Butter
Spoon a generous amount of peanut butter over the toppings, allowing it to drizzle down the sides.
