Instructions
Prepare the Banana
Peel the banana and slice it lengthwise into thin sticks.
Melt the Chocolate
Melt the dark chocolate using a bain-marie (a bowl set over a pan of simmering water), stirring until smooth.
Coat the Banana
Dip each banana stick into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. Use a fork to help lift them out, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
